  2. A new hangout...

A couple of days ago I went to a local shop here called Fumee Cigars and was impressed. No membership required to sit and smoke in the lounge or at the bar. The lounge has nice large leather furniture and plenty of room to relax and smoke. The bar is also large and they serve coffee etc, beer and wine. You can BYOB for the hard stuff. Nice and roomy and a relaxing atmosphere.

The locker and membership fee, if you desire, is only 20 bucks a month and you get a free cigar every month ...

  3. I think I went a little overboard on my peppers

I went to the local hardware store last week and got this year’s assortment of peppers for the garden. I think I got a little excited. I like to start my peppers a little bit earlier then the rest of the crop to give them a head start before I put them in the ground in early April. I ended up planting 12 varieties for a total of 48 plants. I’m probably going to end up giving some of them away to friends and family.

    Banana x 4
    Bell (2 varieties) x 6

was a great time gentlemen. Nelson (ndv21) drove up from San Antonio and we met at Heroes and Legacies and had a great time. We smoked, drank, ate good food, drank and smoked some more. It lasted from around 07:00 pm until about 01:00 AM. Pics and more info to come. Time for bed about now.

  5. New Humidor - Oh Yeah!

I picked up a real nice humidor today off of craigslist. I paid 150 bucks + 6 smokes. Cherry wood and matches my living room furniture perfectly. The Spanish cedar lining is the thickest I have ever seen in a humidor. Has a 10 bottle wine rack in the bottom. Holds appx 10 boxes in the middle section and the top holds 100 smokes minimum, probably closer to 150. I'm happy.

I will post a picture here soonish.
