Past 2 weeks have been busy but I finally found time for a Rocky Patel R4 that I really enjoyed.
Had another Sherpa Founders Choice 2002 on the golf course today. Nothing special about it, but good cigar to have while having to concentrate on something else.
Welcome from NJ.
Just finished a Montecristo Media Noche. Probably one of the stronger cigars I have tried (haven't had much to compare). I did enjoy it, but probably would not buy again.
Had a Sherpa Founders Choice 2002 today. Cheap smoke for the golf course. Started it on hole 10 and shot 7 strokes lower on the back 9, so I really enjoyed it lol.
Ive never been on a track like that but I enjoy riding my motorcycle lol. Hiking and backpacking are also up on my list. Recently though I have been golfing a lot.
Feynman's "Six Easy Pieces" is actually next on my list to read. I bought the book, just waiting to finish "The Elegant Universe" first.
Currently I am in the middle of 3 books. I am rereading "Ishmael" by Daniel Quinn, a great philosophy type book about mankind that I would recommend to anyone. Shows another perspective about how...
Latest addition to my humidor... A digital thermometer/hygrometer lol. Newest cigar was a Padron Series, but that was a few days ago and is no longer around :smiley37:
This is all I'm working with right now, pretty basic. I just got the humidor a week ago, it is a 50 count by Cuban Crafters. I am somewhat new to cigars and just bought a few of the cheaper 5 packs...
Had a Gurkha Fuerte last night after a long day of work and fire school. Enjoyed the smoke even though it seemed to be a little tight.
Today was a 5 Vegas Classic. I'm pretty new to cigars and this was the first one I have had. Was a pretty good smoke, seemed to be consistent all the way through.
Thanks for the reply. All of the searches I did just came back to wiping down the humidor, didn't say which was better. I will just wipe it down, it seems like that is the preferred method. I have...
So my order came in from Cuban Crafters for a 50 count humidor. In the directions of setting it up, it clearly states never to wipe the inside with water. It says to place a glass of distilled...
Just had a very disappointing smoke with the Romeo y Julieta Reserve Belicoso. Got out of work early today so I decided to try it out now instead of tomorrow while golfing, glad I did or it would...
Welcome from central New Jersey. I spent a month in Seaside last summer and actually graduated from Monmouth. Love that area.
I looked at the Newbie Sampler and I will definitely try to take advantage of that. Seems like a great idea. I actually went to the cigar shop today and picked up a Padron Series cigar. Just...
As with anything else I become interested in, I join an online forum lol. Browsed for a while and there seems to be a lot of great information here. I know I have already learned a lot.
Anyway,...
