I wouldn't worry too much about the RH there - mine fluctuates from 63-68 this time of year where I live (in HOT central TX).
I agree - 75 is a little too warm for the cigars...I'd go for 72 at...

Actually, as it turns out it appears as though my cabinet humidor was pre-seasoned. I fired my Oasis XL up on the bottom shelf and it's set for 60% and my hygrometer on the top...
