I really enjoy these cigars but last night i had a Domaine from a box which i had bought a month ago. Icut and lit perfectly, however it tasted 'young', and 'green'. There wasn't the taste which i had expected from my last few Domaine. Everything else was great: the construction, pull, burn, etc. So does this mean that I was smoking a dud, or that these need to have some age to them? Is it possible to get a NC that is too young or will go through a sick period?

My understanding is that these should be good to go out of the box. Great cigar. I have never had one with too much age on it because I usually smoke em' as fast as I get em'. I am sure your next one will not be a dud.

This is by far one of my favorite cigars, and i buy them by the box. Sounds like you just got a dud there, I have smoked more than 75+ of these by now and have yet to have a bad one.
