    BPP,

    Please explain..........

a refrigerator is NO place to keep cigars......you want your cigars at near 70 degrees and (in my case) 62-65%rh....you certainly don't get that in a cold refrigerator......

that's why you buy humidors or coolerdors......

I would assume that there is some sort of temperature control. Or at least I hope so...

Looking at it, I think its actually a freezer. I wonder if he is actually using it to cool.

    Freezers are cheaper than refrigerators.

He's probably just using it for its seal, like a giant tupperdor.

I love that he has it hooked up to a gallon of distilled water.

Refrigerators make for excellent temperature/humidity controlled environments. You hook the fridge compressor power to an accurate thermostat and add large humidifying device for cigars or wine. You just need the thermostat for a fermentor. A necessity for lagering during warm weather. If you like collecting cigars, wine cellaring, and beer brewing, you can get quite a collection of old refrigerators.

This guy is just plain nuts. He has more stock than any of the cigar retailers around here I know of.

I think he has a bag of potato chips or something in the bottom left. Now if only he had some beer in there too! A true one stop experience!
