Thread: New to CigarSmoker.com

  1. Red face New to CigarSmoker.com

I go by Fumador because it's Smoke in Spanish. Smoke in english was already taken. I just started smoking cigars this year. I got a Humidor and 20 cigars as a gift for Christmas, and after the first cigar I was in love. It was a La Gloria Serie R, and the smell and taste was intoxicating, I've been ordering samplers since then to try and find my favorite ones. So far my Favorites are Cain F, La Gloria Serie R, Rocky Patel Maduro. I love full bodied cigars with evolving flavors through and through. If you guys have an suggestions on what brand or type I should try next or just any suggestions to a new cigar smoker please feel free I'm all ears. Thanks and I look forward to the experience.

Those Serie R's are great, you might want to try out the Newbie Sampler - just let your sponsor know what you'd like to try.

Thanks for the tip I'll definitely look into it. I got a newbie question, Is it okay to remove the cigar wrapper and put it inside your humidor to absorb more moisture and get that humidor flavor in your cigar. Or is this a bad Idea.

    Welcome from western Oregon.

The only LGCs I've had were maduro Churchills from the regular line, which were pretty good. One of these days, I'll get around to an R.

I forgot to say, those Rs are pretty decent cigars, they're pretty much the only domestic LGC I'll smoke.
