Holt's Honduran House Selection, about $10 for 10. Got a pack of these when I ordered a box of Hoyos and I honestly liked them better than the Dark Sumatras.

I'll go with Sancho Panza Double Maduro Cervantes. (although my second choice is the Padron Fumas...whoops did I just break the rule?) These are about $3.40 or so bought as singles...but can be had for as low as $2.30 when purchased by the box!!

Quintero Brevas. Another great Cuban cigar for the money. I like the Jose Piedra Nacionales as well but I prefer the Quintero Brevas over those.

Actually no, I'm dead serious. Jaewing sent me a few as part of a blind taste-test and they are a diamond in the rough so to speak. I don't know about the other stuff they sell, but the Phoenix is a pretty decent cigar.

While I was not impressed at all with these as will all things, including cigars, everyone has their own tastes.

As for my answer to this thread . . . I have yet to make a decision on my favorite cheap cigar.

No not really. One choice per person was to insure everyone gets a chance to post their favorite. Also it allows me to maybe try some new cigars out. Other peoples favorite cheap cigar, instead of combing through a list of someones 5-10 favorites and guessing which would be best.
