    Default Newly Wed Contest

Ok, I'm back from my Honeymoon and have finally gotten settled again. Its been a while since I've had a contest, long enough that i dont know what my last contest was. Anyway:
-This contest is open to anyone who has been on the forum since May 1st.
-The contest closes Monday (7/21) night at 5pm.
-You get one guess, no editing
-Tie Breakers will be settled by best of 3 Arm Wrestling. J/K, First one to guess right gets the prize. There will be a prize for the subsiquent guess though!
-You must be in good standing too. If Basil or K7 have not brought you back to reality lately then you are fine.

Question: How many cigars did i smoke on my Honeymoon?

Relevant information: I was in Bermuda for 9 days. I visited 4 shops that sold cigars. The smoking laws in Bermuda are no smoking inside, but it also did not rain while we were there.

    Prize:
    Master Blend 3 Robusto
    Red Dot Cohiba Robusto
    Camacho SLR Maduro Churchill
    LFD Coronado Lancero
    La Aroma de Cuba Cetro
    LFD L-300

    Guess away!

    Congrats Brother!

I'm going to say 17 cigars

if you had time to smoke more than that, we may need to talk about what a honeymoon is for

9 Days on a honeymoon in Bermuda? Hmm, I'm going to have to say congratulations first and my guess is 12 cigars.

Enjoy the first year, it only gets better and better.
Just a stay at home dad (retired until I choose otherwise, thanks Canadian Army medical pension) hanging out and enjoying the good life.

I'm going to hope you had a hard time coming up for air, so I'll shoot a bit lower...how 'bout 8?

Good to hear. You are one of the few optomisitc guys i know, either that or the guys at the B&M are just having too much time filling me with "wife owns your balls" stories.

    Belated Congrats Jon!!!

Seeing how you made only 4 visits to B&Ms, and were there for 9 days, and taking into account that "The little missus" is probably already putting the clamps on the purse strings on ya () I'll guess 9.

I'd say that after the ceremony you got the word that if you keep smoking she's gonna cut your nuts off and you were ordered to give all your cigars away in contests, so my guess is ZERO, NADA, NONE, BIG GOOSE EGG!

    Did I win?

(j/k - Congratulations and all the best for the future. I'll say 14.)

Well, either I got lucky with my wife or some people just shouldn't be married

We've been together for just over two years now and have a wonderful 9 1/2 month old little girl and things have just gotten better every day. Sure, we hit our rough patches, but things are always better the next week if not the next day.

Don't listen to the "owns your balls" crap, just because they don't communicate very well with their wives doesn't mean all women are evil. I just look at my wife's grandparents, they've been married for 51 years this year and going strong. My parents as well, would have been 37 years this august (my father died two years ago).

Love is strong. And it will last if you let it.

And before I get too sappy, I still manage to hit the range for a little target practice and the gym for a little CQC (Close Quarters Combat) too. When the wife lets me, kidding.

Glad to see we are thinking along the same lines.
