Well. It looks like we have a HERF.

It will be January 31st starting at 7:oo pm at the Cigar Palace.

I actually spend 3 hours over there yesterday, talking to Sawsan. Really nice person. Persuading her to get Illusiones in before Herf.

CabaiguanJuan (Jon) is going to Sterling to check my place out and we'll probably grab a late lunch and then head over there together.

I say 3ish? We may get there earlier, who knows, we're crazy like that.

Sawsan (owner of Cigar Palace) is opening her shop from 7pm-930pm especially for us. They normally close by 4pm on Saturdays. If they close between 4&7, we can always go grabe some early din-din and head back.

I will double check if she'll stay open from 4-on if we get there early.

PM me your cell number and I'll hit you up when Jon and I head over there from Sterling.

I have a friend from another board in Manassas going to this Herf. If you don't mind carpooling, you can probably carpool with him.

I'm so jealous... I wish a west coast HERF would happen here some time. In the meanwhile there's a Fonseca event going on Thursday at my local B&M.

Anyway... take lots of pics, I want to see this madness

I'm trying to work this out. If I can find a good price on a hotel, I can make the 5 hour drive.

Do I actually NEED to RSVP? Will I not be allowed in if I don't?

You are good to go! No need to RSVP. The store closes at 4pm on the weekend, so they are opening the shop especially for us.

Drink lots of water, juice, get enough sleep, and get ready for Saturday.

Dang, Paul! Haven't seen you in a while!

Jon and I will be there early afternoon, till 9pm. We may break for dinner, but Jon is sometimes die-hard and just smokes all day.

If you can stop by for an hour or so, that'd be cool. If not, we need to set something up in the future. Bailey's or whatever.

HERF was a success!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tons of people and tons of great conversations and tons of great smokes. Call it GREAT to the 3rd.

Jon (cabaiguanJuan), Mark (597), Nate (FactoredReality), and many others who are in two other forums have confirmed the House Blend. EXACT carbon copy of the PAM64 Maduro.

If people are interested, I'm getting 5vers set up for Rich (silencie) and others.
