IM Corona Savinelli customer service

So I have an IM Corona Old Boy great lighter however I lost the threaded cap that covers the refill valve. So I goto to Savinelli IM Corono's web page and shoot them an e-mail asking if it's possible to order a replacement valve cap and an etra tamper as I know at some point I will most likely lose it. I sent the e-mail maybe a month ago so I resent an e-mail last week. No replies to any of them what gives. Just curious if any of you guys have ever run into the same issuue they mention on the web page to send $8 with the lighter to their Mooreville, NC address with a breif note about the repair required but I figured why send it to them before I know if they will help or not. Anyways just frustrated at the moment that they cant at least reply to the e-mail. OK rant over
