Smoke: Bobalu Triple Ligero (Lijero) ~ Robusto
Drink: Manatawny Creek Cabernet Franc Port
Tunes: Nothing

Wrapper: Brazilian
Binder: Honduran, Dominican, Nicaraguan
Filler: Honduran, Dominican, Nicaraguan
Draw: Light to medium draw
Burn: Ran good
Misc: Burned for about 60mins

Pre-light: Medium brown, somewhat bumpy and veiny. Cool looking’ band and has a musty tobacco scent. Not much prelight flavor, and maybe a little spice.

Light: Easy. Medium to light draw.

1st 3rd: Spicy. Has a decent amount of nice sweet tobacco ring to it. Good amount of leather taste in the profile. The draw is very nice, and I’m left with a semi-strong woodsy note in the aftertaste.

Ash: Medium gray with bubbles. Flaky and loose. Holds on for ¾”

2nd 3rd: Medium to full body with medium to full flavor. You can taste the ligero, or at least for me it reminds me of other high percentage ligero smokes like LFD DL or Cain. Good woodsy, leather & spice flavors. For sure has some tooth to it. Slight bitter twinge with the woodsy aftertaste now.

3rd 3rd: Spicy, woodsy and some leather. Building in intensity (I like that) and maybe getting a bit hot. Not too hot though.

Overall impression: Pretty good smoke. I think it does a better job at ligero than the Oliva Cain does for a little less cash.
