    Default Padilla Habano ~ Toro

Other's reviews (None found, searching the Reviews Forum)

    Smoke: Padilla Habano ~ Toro
    Drink: Water
    Tunes: The Pretenders ~ assorted

    Wrapper: Nicaraguan
    Binder: Nicaraguan
    Filler: Nicaraguan
    Draw: Medium
    Burn: Excellent
    Misc: 60+mins

Pre-light: Colorado (medium brown) shade wrapper. Triple cap and very nice construction. Sweet and musty tobacco scent, and leathery spicy prelight cut taste.

Light: Easy with a nice medium draw.

1st 3rd: Medium body. Sweet and some spice. An amount of leather with a dry nutty flavor too. Pretty smooth and straightforward.

Ash: Stacked well, white to light gray and excellent burn sofar. Holds on for 1”

2nd 3rd: Mostly the same profile. Sweet and spice, nutty and some oil / leather. Decent, but not too exciting. The flavors are actually getting more intense now and it moves into a more solid medium body and medium to full flavor.

3rd 3rd: Got a little wrapper split while trying to loosen the band. Still burning hella nice. Spicy and sweet again, and this third is growing on me. Flavors more pronounced and this is officially a nice cigar.

Overall impression: I may have to seek some 5ers of these Oliva manufactured smokes.

Great looking cigar, and a very nice ash you have there. Ash.

I had a 10 pack of these in a torpedo shape. I liked them quite a bit, and I'm planning on getting some more when I catch them on sale again. I didn't know they were made by oliva, thanks for the heads up on that Will.
