Thread: 1,000th post CONTEST!

    Cool 1,000th post CONTEST!

O.k., I'm within striking distance of 1,000. In honor of that, I'm offering up four mystery cigars for you. Two are ISOMs and the others are domestics. Guess the day and time(central daylight) in which you think I'll hit that mark and the closest person wins. As a qualifying remark, keep in mind that while I've posted a lot today, I've got a busy week lined up, so things might slow down drastically. Now that youv'e been fairly warned-guess away!. Cut off is when I reach 980.

    Good luck.

I don't know if I'd consider your 1000th post here to be an "honor"

Uh, is there a cut off for entries into this contest (for example, "No more entries after I make my 975th post")
What time zone, Central? 3:00 p.m. to me is 2:00 p.m. to you
Daylight Savings Time or Standard Time? See Moki 2000th post contest on CigarPass to see how this can be a problem

These post contests are kinda dumb because you as the sponsor of the contest can look at all the "entries" and basically pick who you want to win by making your 1000th post fall as close to any particular entry that you want. I think you'd really enjoy making sure that I don't win so I won't give you the chance to say "OOOOOPS, sorry CC you missed by two minutes? " and I will not make a guess.

Now I know you're going to get all whiny and bitchy at me but you really ought to outline some specific rules so this doesn't turn into a clusterfock.

    Just lookin out for ya

As far as Standard vs. daylight, HINT: go with "Daylight"

Gezuz do I have to do everything for you?

NO for crying out LOUD, the country is observing DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME right now. If you stick with "CST" you're going to cause all kinds of confusion.

    AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH H!!!!!

C'mon Scott, I lay it all out for you and you STILL screw it up

Just post this and be done with it:

    "All times will be CDT"

Or better yet, EDIT your original post, the FIRST post in this thread with the appropriate parameters.

After this, I give up, you're on your own.......
