Default Some days you just have to laugh and fire up a cigar.

Today started out great till the Hot water line in the wall broke then the out side faucets started leaking.

I'm just waiting for #3, things always come in 3's at my house.
All i can say is my humidors better not be involved.

Well back to moping up water and cleaning up the drywall mess.

Damn! Hate to hear that happened...will the insurance cover or do you have to come out of pocket on it?

If damage was under 300 bucks, I'd never ever report to insurance. What a gigantic pain in the ass those people are. Plus, your rates would probably go up, and they'd suddenly assess his property and require he have flood insurance.

    That sucks Gregg.

Dang Gregg, that does suck, but I agree with Will, keep off of the Insurance radar, don't give them a reason to come see you.

I'm taking care of it my self.

I'm lucky the wife heard the water running inside the wall when she turned on the washing machine.

So far its only cost me $180 in repairs but i still have to fix the Sheetrock and then paint. "that will be next week it needs to dry out first"

No matter what happens to my house and its under 1k i will not call the insurance Co. Dealing with them is not at the top of my list of fun things to do.
