    Sorrry, CC - I could not resist....


    Not the guy's fault - he let the state know he had the money in the bank and they told him it was okay - keep using his card.

    But - if someone has $1M cash in the bank there's no way in heaven, hell or otherwise they should be collecting federal subsidies. This is one of the telling reasons we have such an incredible national debt.
