Not really about the electric car, but a study of four personalities:
1. Bob Lutz, car guy, very smart, lately of Chevrolet Volt fame, perhaps best known before that for the Dodge Viper and the BMW 3-series;
2. Carlos Ghosn, of Renault-Nissan, money guy, incredibly smart, and develops the Nissan Leaf purely for the profit potential;
3. Elon ..., who burnt up his Paypal fortune on the Tesla. Sounds like a granola guy, but smarter and more cutthroat than you think, but not as experienced as old fox Lutz and Napoleon Ghosn;
4. "Gadget," a dreamer/backyard engineer who is by far the nicest of the four ... and you know what happens to nice guys.

The movie is a sequel to "Who killed the electric car," which was about GM's EV-1, and was supposedly a very granola movie. This movie isn't. The movie does have its electric car evangelism, but one can ignore that and enjoy Lutz toy with the director, Ghosn just take advantage of him, and Elon manipulate him, while the director tries to do the same to them and is just not in the same league.

Quite an entertaining documentary.
