Thread: Mold problem?

  1. Question Mold problem?

    Hey All

I traded some wine for these Lanceros, they have this grey discolouration on the lid. They smell moldy to me, but i dont know a lot about cigars.

There doesnt seem to be any grey mold on the sticks themselves, but they smell a bit odd and they seem dusty to touch. There are some white flecks on the foot of some of them, not sure what these are.

What can be done? Any advice would be appreciated.

    Mick.

The mold might be the saving grace. The construction sure looks off for Cohiba. And an awfully suspiciously large ring gauge for a Lancero. I'd suggest those cigars are not what they appear to be...

If the mold is present on the tobacco at the foot of the cigar I wouldn't smoke it.

If there's a god, the wine has turned to vinegar.

Do draft dodgers have reunions? And if so what do they talk about?
