    Default Scores on Cigar Bid

Ok so who on here uses CBid? I just scored a nice fiver of Gurkha Status Maduro Toro's for $11+$3.95 shipping. I have a VS Bohemian Collection II coming in Wednesday I got for $13+$4.95 shipping. Not as good a deal as the Gurkha's but been wanting to try some different VS sticks. Post up what you have bought on CBid.

From the sounds of it, you're intent upon putting the box if Islas in with the 5 pack of Blondies in your new humidor?!? Come back in about 6 months and let us know how that worked out...

I did get some decent prices on Opus X Lost City ($19) and Padron 40th ($25) - no sales tax. But limit on each was 2....

Wow. That makes me think twice about refusing to look at cigar auction sites because I almost never look at them.

The only killer was the limit of 2 cigars, and you have to weed through all kinds of crap to find the good stuff.

On second thought, it sounds like the minimal returns aren't worth the huge investment of time.

How about those penny auction sites for cigars?

It's kinda like if I go to the strip club. I'm gonna come home smelling of baby powder and cheap perfume. My wife will most certainly be pissed.

FightingFish did his best to describe the after affects. Frankly I don't think it comes near to explaining the phenomenon of mixing the two And since it is now abundantly clear you don't have a clue about why you would not want to do it - the juncture in the road in front of you is two-fold:

    A) Take my advice and store them separately

    B) Put them together an find out what happens.

...and next years secret santa, some wiseguy had better think twice about pairing me up with Bondo - or there will be trouble!!!!

I was surprised when I was low bidder on a couple of Opus X Double Robusto Maduro's! $31 a piece is a decent price!

WOW............there are some true fools that bid. But I just open a tab with CI and compare prices. Set my limit and stick with it. Unless it is something I can never find.
