150Lbs long day
My youngest has pigs and we slaughtered one a few weeks ago. Today was sausage making day. We do everything our self from birth to slaughter. This is not the first time we spent all day making sausage but for some reason or another it felt like the longest. So here it is 150Lbs of sweet sweet Hampshire sausage. Well at least the first 25Lbs on the smoker.
