    Default Newbie Contest

This is a contest open to Newbies (100 posts or less). I will assemble an assortment of 10-12 beginner smokes (mild to medium) in body with a low to medium price value- Baccarat, Macanudo, Fuente Curly Heads and others.

Easy contest. I am lacking in the creativity department this afternoon. Visualize if you will, three large upside down bowls. Under one of these bowls is the cigars. The first person to choose the correct bowl #1, #2, or #3 takes the prize...

LOL, leave it up to a Newfie to get a 50/50 chance wrong!!! (The other Canadians here on the board will understand.)

    Congrats Dickson, enjoy the smokes.

This had to have been the quickest contest ever, eh??

    Way to go SLC.......
I'm not big on doing reviews, tobacco doesn't taste like "cocoa" or "nutty" or "mocha" to me, it tastes like freakin' TOBACCO. I know what I like and I really don't care what other people think of other cigars. I've never read a review and said to myself "Wow, that sounds like a cigar I'd like to try!"

SLC sent me a suggestion to create this forum. Great idea. I know we have random contests from time to time about time we got them organized.

    George,

Shit, I forgot there was actually a fourth bowl. You also win! Name your price...

    Tommy,

Sorry to exclude you. Next time I am giving out Baccarats, Macs and such, I will be sure that you fit the contest criteria. I just know you are dying to get your hands on some of those.

    Hex,

Thanks for adding the "Cigar Contests" category to the forum! This will make searching related threads more of a breeze.

Nice gesture SLC. Great idea starting a seperate category for contests. Now I better stop running my mouth so I can take part in the next newbie contest.
