Well they settled in after 3 goal lead and let the Bruins step up and take it from them.

I'm soon making a trip to Florida to stock up my cigars and sharpen my golf skills. Might have to pick up a few Opus X myself .

Montecristo White Toro. Not a bad cigar, just didn't have enough bite for me.

Baccarat "The Game" Maduro........did not enjoy the sweetness of the first third. After that the only issue I had was after dropping the ash it wanted to go out on me.

Just finished the yard work and sat down to a nice cigar, the CULT in Robusto. I love these sticks. Seems like they change throughout the entire stick. Going to enjoy an Undercrown Toro tonight. Been a great day in Indiana. Hope all my Brothers of the Leaf had a great day.

Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure #1 (Corona Gorda) REP MAR 11 - Supposedly one of the best Cubans when young (relatively). The one that I am smoking now is easily the best two-year old cigar that I have smoked. Smokes like a (Dominican) Davidoff, but better flavours, and smoother (IMO). Just awesome when you don't want to be blown away with ligero. This cabinet is definitely going into rotation immediately, and is not going to last very long...

Despite the hype, I picked up a couple of La Flor de las Antilla's on a recent trip to Washington State. After a long drive home yesterday during the Victoria Day Long Weekend, decided to try one last night. I must say it was a really nice cigar. Burn was impeccable and I loved the huge volume of smoke the cigar created. Price point was about $8 USD which was pretty good considering the tax rates there. Cost is comparable to a Padron 3000. Will pick up a few more, but won't go out of my way to do so.

How was the SD #5? A few years ago folks seemed pretty disappointed in that EL compared to the Monte Sublime EL of the same year. The SD #5 that I smoked a couple years ago wasn't memorable, but I have one left.

I did concentrate on the experience because it had been a while since I last had one and wanted to see if age had any impact. I'm glad I let it rest - it was pleasant, just not great. I would overall say I enjoyed the smoke, but disappointed that it was a Partagas (one of my faves).

I concur with previous comments. I would much rather have had a PSD #4 or a Monte Edmundo - even the Sublime.

Did it just lose too much of the Partagas edge?
