went and lit up a pryme for an after diner smoke and it was burning so hot it was almost burning me what could cause this also had an uneven burn?

could be anything... humidity most likely.... what were the wind conditions?

i'm gonna say it was just this stick... if it happens often with differnt sticks, i'd examine how your smoking them and your humi levels very closely.

the only time i had one go harsh with that much left of the stick was when i was smoking it on a boat driving into the wind.
