Default Humi Seasoning ? (not a how to question)

my cuban crafters just came in. i am going to use the sponge method to wet down all the wooden parts, then let the sponge sit inside. my credo will be filled with 70% heartfelt beads. i bought some of the 50/50 solution with the humi. should i use this on the sponge for the initial seasoning? i read to keep 50/50 away from beads, so should i just season the wood with distilled water? i know not to use the 50/50 directly on the beads, but should or shouldnt i use it to season the cedar inside the humi if beads will be in my credo? or does it matter? thanks guys for any input.

I would just use water. Works for me and I really don't want glycol to be near my cigars.

DO NOT USE SOLUTION TO SEASON HUMI!!!

VERY VERY BAD! I ruined MANY cigars when I first started out and did not know better. Use distilled water. the Sol'n is only for the sponges.
