Smoke Sceen

Just felt like sharing one of my fav cigar spots in the city. It's called Smoke Scene. It's located at 845 7th Ave. The prices are good (especially for the city). The service is good and they have a fairly large section. Aside from cigars they also have lighters, magazines and cool collectables.

La Grange? This place has been open for yrs. It's not a lounge or anything like that. Just a cool spot to pick up some Stogies.

It's not in La Grange? Hmmm..... What other city could you be talking about? Perhaps St. Petersburg, FL?

NYC. New York City. Manhattan. Sorry I wasn't more detailed in the blog. I put NYC in the tags. I figured that was enough.

Ahhh... Thanks for the clarification. I shoulda figured it was NYC with a user name like foolfromqueens...

There sure is not many places in NY to relax and enjoy a cigar. Same here in the Chicago area. And it seems like cigar shops are disappearing as the taxes strangle them. Not a bad thing to support you local brick and mortar shop.

    Lol!
I visited PA this weekend and hit a local smoke smoke shop and the owner was telling me about how crazy the taxes are. I got a cigar for $12 and couldn't use my card cuz of the taxes. $15 was the minimum. He was saying that cigar smoking might become more popular or common now that Cubans might be allowed in the U.S... Let's see.
    Thanks for the warm welcome.
