Socal dude, smoking for a few months.

Bio:

I am a bluegrass musician and have sailed since I was 5. I recently took up smoking because I wanted to try a cigar, and sort of got hooked. I'm the type of guy that goes to Operas and strip clubs, Fine steak houses and Burger King--I go for just about any experience. The whole "life's too short" attitude applies to me pretty well.

I've only experienced a few premium smokes, but I've had enough to realize that I prefer stronger, spicier ones. Of the ones I've smoked, Perdomo Reserve Cameroon has been the most enjoyable. A macanudo Portofino was the least. (The thing was rolled tighter than Hilary Clinton's ...well I won't go there!)

I don't keep a humidor yet because I smoke too infrequently (once a week), I'd rather spend my money on cigars at this point, and I want to try a different cigar every time until I've narrowed down my taste substantially. Maybe in a few months I'll put out for one.
