I've always wanted to try my hand at photography and a few years ago my wife got me started with my first DSLR. After putzing around taking pictures of the kids/dogs/neighbor lady showering, I thought I'd branch out. And since I'm a sucker for self-flagellation, I thought I'd post some I liked on a blog for all the world (at least the cigarsmokers world) to see.
So far, I'm only shooting with an 18-55 mm lens on a canon Rebel T1i and doing minimal touch-up with Photoshop Elements 7.0.
