In one respect, the workers who grew and rolled the tobacco are able to put food on their table. In another, somebody has too much money to waste.

On this list it ranks #2 behind some ancient Mayan cigars that were discovered at an archeological dig which they are essentially pricing at priceless, heh. Most of the other lists I found in my search have it easily ranked at #1 though.
According to the above link it's Ring gauge is... wait for it... 1,920, and it weighs in at 1,600 pounds. It's price is probably enough to feed half the third world nations of the Earth for a week! W. THE. F... :smiley5:
