I would think, as someone who has yet to smoke a cigar, that drugstore cigars or worthless smokes. Now, which one of the drugstore cigars is best of the worse? Choose just one. I want to try it for fun.

Backwoods aren't terrible in a pinch. They are the closest you are going to get to real tobacco from a drug store.
Yes ... Drug store cigars are worthless! Take the time and choose a nice mellow cigar with good flavor. Your first experience with cigars should be a positive one.
Anything in the DeNobili or Parodi line (including the Avanti, which I enjoy on occasion) are 100% fire cured tobacco from Tennessee and Kentucky (i.e. no sheet wrapper or homogenized binder). They are machine made and rather strong of flavor. The Avanti line is anise flavored and actually quite tasty. I've not tried the other brands, but they are common enough in drugstores. They are definitely of the European dry-cured variety so don't bite on the tip while you smoke it or it may break.
I wouldn't say these are the best of the worst. It's more about catering to a different taste.
