I'm a long-time Djarum Clove smoker and as you are likely aware, they are now banned and have been reincarnated as little cigars. All cigar purists don't yell. I'm just stating their terminology!
My question to someone in the know is, should these new cigar-style cigarettes be smoked like a cigar, and should you not inhale? How are they designed to be properly enjoyed?

First off, welcome to the board.
Second, it would be great if you posted an introduction.
Third, it is hard to tell you how to smoke them, as what you like and what I like may be completely different. Personally, I would buy some and try them.

Inhale em just as you would a joint...I'm sure you know the drill. Hold the smoke in your lungs as long as you can. Exhale and then then puke like hell...It should be a rush. The taste of vomit and cloves should marry well especially if you've just finished a meal of sardines and crackers washed down with Bud Clamato.Quote:

Since you have background and experience with this brand name, I would think you'd be telling us how to smoke these rather than just tossing a question out there.

A write up I did on a local non cigar board that was going apeshit about the cloves being outlawed! LOL
They are meant to be smoked just as before. My wife loves them which is the ONLY reason I stopped by the Djarum booth.
Part 1:
They come packed in 12 count.
I talked in depth with one of the Djarum reps on these items for you guys. They use a homogenized tobacco wrapper(paper made from tobacco) instead of regular cig paper. They also had to alter the blend slightly to have correct tobacco weight ratios to be considered a cigar. You can't just call it a little cigar. These are perfectly "legal" and will be sold to replace the others. I did not get any cost info but I am sure they will be more $$.
My memory card reader is screwed up and I can't find my cable so you get some crappy cell phone pics of the new product line.

We used to smoke these in high school when we were out partying, and we smoked them pretty much exactly as Sarge described.
I have zero positive experiences regarding clove cigarettes. Not one.

The wife loves those things. There was a LARGE group of people on a local board(NON cigar related) that was crying over these being banned. While at IPCPR I came across these for my wife. When I got home I shared the news locally with the write up I posted here and after my wife had one I completed part 2. I don't exactly feel these need to be in the cigar market but I thought I would help the people that are not in the know...Quote:
