It was true until a few years ago when the Supreme Court declared it unconstitutional. It was rarely, rarely enforced.
did that apply to male-female partners?Quote:

*whew* Was more scared posting this would make me look stupid then I was of being wrong :smiley36:
And I knew someone would know for sure, half the damn board is from Texas and Tennessee :smiley36: :smiley20:
It was supposed to apply to anal sex regardless of whom was involved (male on female or male on male) but was pretty obviously intended to apply to homosexuals. Still it was very rarely and selectively enforced so obviously the Supreme Court thought WTF and killed it.
NYS Law.......
Section 130.38 Consensual sodomy
A person is guilty of consensual sodomy when he engages in deviate sexual intercourse with another person.
Consensual sodomy is a class B misdemeanor.
"Deviate sexual intercourse" means sexual conduct between persons not married to each other consisting of contact between the penis and the anus, the mouth and penis, or the mouth and the vulva.
So i guess she turned you down eh?Quote:

I know a cop in Texas...Goes by the name of Dirty Sanchez. If he finds you doing this he will bust your butt. :smiley2:
Here in GA it is (was) illegal to preform sex acts in any position other than "missionary", and oral and anal was banned as well, married or not. Not sure if these laws still exist but I did look them up a few years back when the debate arose amongst some friends and I. Was quite funny to learn that most everything except the "ol' fashioned" way of doing things was illegal... even funnier was thinking of ways they could enforce it... :smiley36:
How in the hell would they enforce such laws? Do they set up a task force to sweep the neighborhood at 1 in the morning kicking in doors with flashlights.
Officer: " . . . POLICE! We have a Warrant! . . . "get your dick out of her (or his) ass, step back and lay face down on the floor!"
Poor Guy: " . . . What the hell did I do?"
Officer: " . . . I said lay face down . . . Oh well OK . . . you can lay on your back for a minute."
Stupid Bible Belt laws.
Hit the nail on the head there...Quote:

More dumb laws that are sort of on topic:
Atlanta, GA: One man may not be on another man's back.
London, England: Illegal to have sex on a parked motorcycle.
Illinois: Illegal to have an erection in public
Indiana: Mustaches are illegal if the bearer has a "tendency to habitually kiss other humans."
Alabama: It's against the law for a man to seduce "a chaste woman by means of temptation, deception, arts, flattery or a promise of marriage."
Minnesota: It is illegal for any man to have sexual intercourse with a live fish.
Oxford, Ohio: It's illegal for a woman to strip off her clothing while standing in front of a man's picture.
Sodomy laws have been repealed—or are ignored—in most states, but not Georgia, where a man was sentenced to five years in prison for engaging in oral sex. With his wife. With her consent. In their home.
In the state of Washington there is a law against having sex with a virgin under any circumstances (including the wedding night).
The only acceptable sexual position in Washington, D.C. is the missionary position. Any other sexual position is considered illegal.
As recently as 1990, these states had laws against the use of dildos: Idaho, Utah, Arizona, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Washington D.C.
The sale of Sex toys are still banned in Alabama IIRC...

The population of the state must be dwindling in Washington . . . :smiley25:
