Drew Estate Egg Maduro

Smoked this one tonight out by a fire.

Construction: Obviously this one required several touch ups, but it wasn't that terrible. The ash held on for the full duration of the smoke.

Pre light smell: Really strong tobacco scent!

prelight taste: Nothing to speak of, which was pretty much the story for the entire cigar so I'm going to forgo describing the thirds individually. As far as that 2 hour BS goes, it was just that. this probably took slightly more than an hour to smoke.

Smoking this cigar reinforces the fact that it is meant to be a novelty cigar.

Thanks for that review. I have always wondered what smoking that cigar would be like. Its cool and everything but doesn't quite look like a decent smoke.

Nice review! I thought it was interesting that you could get the ash to stay for so long. Thi cigar looks interesting but I don't know if I would ejoy it. Roger

I've been "aging" a natural egg since 05. I think it will become a "prize" for the worst fishering man award at an outing this year.
