Cool find at Grandma's house.

Found these in a box with Grandpa's WWII uniforms. It's a pouch of tobacco from 1926, with rolling papers still on the back!

That's awesome. Would that be "aged" tobacco?

He was in WWII. Stationed on Tinian as an aircraft mechanic. We have a few albums of his. In one of them he had pictures that he took of the Enola Gay After it landed following the Little Boy dropping.

That's really cool! What does the notice on the back say? 1926 is too early for the surgeon general warnings.

The notice says:

"The manufacturer of this tobacco has complied with all the requirements of law. Every person is cautioned, under the penalties of law, not to use this package for Tobacco again. Factory NO. 39, District of N.C."

That looks pristine -- great find.
