Since the beginning of the year, i've taken a growing interest in my health. Modified my eating habits, and started riding a mountain bike... a LOT! So far i've lost over 50 pounds. Conversely, i've been smoking a lot less. Which also fits the current budget.
May have to change my name to mediumwhiteash!
