I don't know about the rest of you guys, but I'm always looking for a cigar with an uneven burn and a "substantial" (read tight as shit) draw.

I've never tasted show leather either. I have experienced everyday, service use leather, just not "show" leather.

You guys might want to proof-read this shit before you post it. Just sayin'

I agree Will. It looks like the tasting notes were done by Cigar Aficianado and are rather unflattering. Marketing 101...don't use neutral to bad reviews of your product in your advertising.

As an aside, I've like most of the EP Carillo stuff I've smoked.

You guys shouldn't even be smoking this cigar... it's hefty's and if he finds out you've been diggin in his stash there's gonna be Hell Toupee.

I had one of these last night, different size. It was 5 and 7/8 by maybe 44 or 46. I liked it. It felt heavy for it's size and had a real nice draw. Not tight but not loose. Nice spice up front for the first 1/5 or so. The best way I can explain the smoke was thick and creamy. It was good.

Is it possible they meant "shoe" leather instead of "show" leather?:smiley5:

Either way, shoe leather taste, uneven burn and tight draw aren't exactly the characteristics I look for in a cigar.:smiley11::smiley21:

I kinda starting to wonder about these guys....

HERE they claim that Padron 1926 are "Anniversary" :smiley29: what a buncha dopes.....

I agree with NH. I have smoked about 6 of these in the 6x60 format. Great cigar, but maybe a bit mild for a lot of you.
