Making Dividers

I want to add a couple more dividers in my humidor. I have a 100ct my questions are can this work? does it need to be spanish dried cedar? and will it effect my cigars if I use something different? I dont know if anyone has tried this or not I want to do it mainly because I dont want my different cigars touching each other and ruining their flavors.(I mainly smoke acid's)

Acids dont need to touch another cigar to turn it into shit. Acids in a humi with other cigars will ruin the good cigars
