New guy with weird brand

I found, here in Romania, a cigar for about 5$. It will be my second cigar. My first one was a Romeo y Juliette n3. I wanted something better but I think I made a mistake.
It is impossible to find a little information on this cigar. It is a Antonia Santos "puro fino". Anyone know this kind of cigar ? At the "retailer" it was in a box where I read "colombian".

I don't know much in cigar, but it seems very dry.

I think it is a very bad start for me , but in Romania, it is very difficult to find someone who can help us. (I think I'll order some sample if I find an international online retailer)
