Lucky 7 humidor

Just got a new humidor from thompson. When It came it was already showing 70% humidity on the dial... Not an expert at all my first humidor was a bit of a disater. My own fault. Any way I put a leveil humidifier into it and both the analog and digital seems to suggest it's holding at about 66% it hasn't been 24 hours yet... my question is should I keep the thing as is? For a couple days? Season it like I've seen/read? What are the chance that it's good to go already?

Just to clarify its about 12 hours. The alalog says about 66-67.. the digital on the humidifier says the humidity is at 70% with an average of. 66%
