Do NOT use tap water. Use distilled water and PG ! Do not saturate the puck - just moisten it.

shit i just dunked it in water.. i also don't have something to tell me the humidity level.. help!
What is PG?
propylene glycol, it is a substance, and food additive, that can be used to regulate humidity. When mixed 50/50 with distilled water and used to moisten your humidifier. The humidifier will self regulate to around 70%. The reason is that the PG will release water up to about 70% RH and then pull water back into the humidifier when the RH is over 70%
Yes, and it'll also prevent mold growth in the puck.
Visit your local tobacco shop Ben, they'll hook you up.
