String 'em up

I am proposing that this thread be pinned as a Csmokers official scumbag list. The Scumbag / Bad Traders list we all know and love is an excellent reference for to list widely known scumbags from multiple boards but I think with all the recent events we should have one hear just for Csmokers.

Here is the protocol I am proposing. If someone wishes that someone else be added to the list, they post 1 message in this thread thoroughly explaining the circumstances. The accused will be allowed 1 reply stating their case. A poll thread will be started so that members may pose questions to either party for clarification and to vote (THIS WILL NOT BE A THREAD FOR FLAMING OR OPINIONS!!!). The poll is open for 48hours. Choices will be simply:

A. Yes, add to list.
B. Do not add to list.

After the 48 hour period, the majority rules.
* To be added to the list, "Yes, add to the list." must win by 5 or more votes. It must be clear that the majority of the members want the member added.
Once someone is added to the list they can not be removed!!! If someone is added to the list Hex will decide whether or not further action is needed. He has rules in place for what qualifies banning so there is no need for all of us to start screaming "BAN NOW!!!".

This is my proposal, what do you all think?
