i've never had one because i normally only have 3-5 cigars at a time and i just buy those plastic bag humidors every month or so. they're supposed to last 90 days, but i feel safer buying a new one once a month. but anyway...i'm babbling. i'm reading about these guys having problems with keeping their humidor at the right level and was wondering what should i look for in shopping for one. i have a box of cubans coming and i don't want to depend on my plastic bag to keep them in.
Since you dont seem to keep very many cigars around, I would look into a humidor that holds ~50 cigars. Make sure it seals tightly (you should almost hear the air "woosh" out when you close it. And it should be lined with cedar. That should give you a nice start.

This is a good one that I have. It holds its temp and humidity well. And there is absolutely no way you can beat the price. That site is the best for online cigars and merchandise BTW.

yeah, you can get some good deals on cbid. I've had luck with their 5 packs.
