An introduction
Just a new guy introducing himself.
I was introduced to scotch and cigars by my first boss. I think we spent more time drinking and smoking than doing actual work. It was absolutely brilliant. That was a few years ago, and I've started enjoy them more often recently.
I don't know what's supposed to be good or bad, I don't know if I could even tell the difference between a great cigar and a cheap cigar. From what I've tried though, I've liked the Montecristo, Avo Uvezian, and Davidoff the best.
I just got my first humidor and a new batch of sticks. I'm looking forward to trying the Cohiba - dominican, not cuban - and Avo XO. I also got some more Montecristos (in churchill and double corona) because I've liked them so much.
Just saying hello. I hope to learn a bit more and participate in this little community. If you all have any advice for a young guy starting out, I'd enjoy hearing it.
Cheers from Los Angeles,
matt

Welcome to the boards! There is nothing quite like a job you can drink at. We only drink on Friday afternoons. So, by this afternoon, I will have a Miller in my hand.
