My Lady Returned From London

Had to share this one, I have a good woman fellas. Before she left, she asked me if I wanted anything, I said, "Fogetta bout it," like any godfather would.

Of course she came back bearing gifts and brought me back a bottle of single malt scotch and a Montecristo #4 in a humipack!

In the process of getting educated on cigars, I guess it rubbed off on her too. I was pretty impressed she got a humipack, and she put the cigar band in her makeup kit... :smiley36:

Anyway, I had to share, apologies if it sounds like I'm bragging. I thought it was really cool how she pays attention to the 'little details' I tell her. :smiley20:

It's called Fuller's Chiswick Ale.

When I was working in London, my office was right across the street from the Fullers brewery. If you were up real early in the morning, the air was filled with the smell of sweet mash, it was a beautiful thing.

There was a pub right next to the brewery. We'd often go to that pub if we didn't want to make the walk over to our usual pub. That pub (in Chiswick) had Chiswick Ale on draft. The only other place I've ever seen it is in cans at the Fullers brewery store...
