International mail is different from priority. You have to fill out customs forms at a main P.O branch. Make sure you declare a low value so he doesn't pay taxes on it. $10 - 15 works best. Say it's a "handmade gift" or "wedding video" or "art supplies."Quote:

I believe they have Global Priority now . Price didn't seem to bad to Canada , last time I saw it .
Yeah, Global Priority is the best.
Prices depend on location in Canada. Buts it usually not that bad.
Around 10-12 bucks roughly.

Just to add a bit... In the last week I have had 5 packages shipped from the states. The ones shipped airmail, all took over 2 weeks. The ones that were shipped GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL all made it here in under a week. From the postage prices, it is not very much more expensive (one or 2 dollars more). I would reccomend this for anybody shipping to Canada. And the 2 cigar packages that I recieved were all declared a value of 10 dollars and said collectible gift, or promotional merchandies. Absolutely no issues with customs.
I declared a package as humidor product and a value of 19 dollars and it went through without a hitch too. But IMO, Global Priority is the best to go with.
I sent out a package to drew_goring on 2/17...global priority was only 8.50 USD. The big old sign said 4-6 business days but the lady at the desk said to expect it to be closer to 4 than 6, so we'll see how full of shit she is.
