Can cigars be saved?

well, I recently had a package delivered to me and it looks like someone from the USPS used it as a hockey puck. A few of the cigars were really damaged in transit so they say. My question is, can these cigars be "saved" to be smokeable? I thought about cutting one of them below the break, but not sure what good it would do. The Rocky Patel looks unsaveable.

I'd maybe let them rest until you are sure they're properly humidified, then I'd spark them up and hope for the best. If it's just the wrapper that is damaged you should still be able to get a good draw from them. And if they already feel humid enough just give 'em a go.:smiley41:

If it is just the wrapper that is cracked, you can use some Liquid Pectin to repair it. You can find Liquid pectin in the canning section of your local Walmart

What BK said, the pectin works. If you don't goo it together a little, the heat of the burn will make a wrapper tear that size an unholy mess when it hits the area.

Sadly to say the breaks go to the tabacco inside. Oh well, I guess its just something to deal with.
