1. Go to the cigar you want a Stock Alert on
2. Click on " ADD Email Stock Alert: (that box of cigars)"
3. Log in to your account
4. Go to "My Account" on very top of page
4. You can manage all your Stock Alerts from your account management


We will send out an email to you immediately upon receiving the cigars in stock. Some of you may have already sign up for Stock Alerts, but the feature has not been active. You will start receiving them as of now.

OPENED BOXES: As per our new policy, we will OPEN and INSPECT all boxes before shipping. If you do not want your box opened, please indicate in the order comments when ordering.

BOX CODES/STOCK: You can now see the box codes when you view each cigar. The box code is viewable at the bottom of the cigar description next to "In Stock". As a "general" rule, if there is no box code, then the item is not in stock. You can then click the Email Stock Alert and you will be notified when they arrive in stock.

As always, we guarantee delivery worldwide. This means that should we be notified that there has been a problem with an order, we will either refund your money or give you a store credit. We do not forsee this happening, but we are prepared if this should occur.

Important Note: We ship from Switzerland...original boxes with original bands intact.
