Cuban Cigars

Does anyone know which country will have the lowest prices on Cuban cigars. Cuba is probably the obvious choice - DOH. But outside of Cuba does any country have special trade agreements or diplomatic relations with Cuba that allow for low prices on their cigars.

I heard Spain.

The only problem with that is the exchange rate. If you travel there your money is worth 20% less.

Also not easy getting through customs either at times.

Spain is the leading importer of Cubans and I would say also the leading exporter outside of Cuba:smiley2:
