This is how we do it where I hail from,North Carolina :smiley1: . Most excellent hosts , great friends some of whom drove 4 hours to make it. Oysters, beef, pork, seafood kabobs, pork, liquor, beer, pork. Got home at 5 am this morning(I do not drive impared) hell it was one hell of a party
