I do all of my shipping through it. I wish they would let you do APO address shipping though. It's a pain in the ass (but worth it) to wait in line every time you want to ship something to the troops.
Can you do delivery confirmation over the internet?

You can put it in a mailbox or take it to a post office. I live in Northern Virginia and have mailed it from DC.
There is a caveat with the click 'n ship - I've actually had 1 package that I shipped via click 'n ship - printed the label, physically drop it in the blue mail box - and have it never show up to the other side. The kicker is - the label only initially reads something like "usps has been notified of this shipment, etc." - so technically only proof of printing the label, no proof of shipment - I got SCREWED on that one so anytime I click 'n ship to strangers (assuming some degree of trust some folks I know, board members here inclusive) - I take it to the Post Office and have them scan it so they've taken possession of it - and it's logged in the system and reflected online.
I've shipped hundreds of packages through Click n Ship. I've only had 3 packages get lost since I've been using the service. In all three instances the DC showed up as being delivered. In those cases I've always thought that the package got to its destination and someone jacked it from the mailbox or the front door. I've reshipped the packages and added Signature Confirmation and not had a problem.
The local post office has an indoor package drop off bin that I use almost exclusively, so it comes it handy.
The best part of using USPS Priority mail is that you can order boxes and they send them to your house for free.
