whats up with that green square that says "XXXX is on a distinguished road"?

It's some sort of reputation option that came with the new updated. Not sure how that changes or affects posters...

Somebody ashed on my green button,it's gray and says I an an unknown quanity. I'm the longest active member here LOL

Looks green to me, though it does say you're an unknown quantity.
