they are illegal to have in the USA
I'd edit out the first post - there's a board policy on trading I'd recommend y'all read:

No harm, no foul. But you should still edit the first post to take out any references to trading or isoms.
That's okay mauied, 99.99% of the "Cohibas" are fake anyway.:smiley36:
Yup - they're the most sought after and therefore the most counterfeited cigar.
Yeah - and I could well be overly cautious, but TSA agents don't know or care if what you're buying/selling/trading are fake - it's the "intent" and/or even if you get genuine grade A cohibas off a truck in Tijuana - if they say "habanos," well - good luck with that.
And while I could give a rats :smiley35: about noobs asking stupid questions at this point - to which old hats won't even respond - I just don't want the board endangered b/c of it.
Said my peace. Lighting up. Shutting up.

Also talking about cubans and talking about trading cubans wont endanger the board. No law is being broken when this is talked about. There is a thing in our court system called "actus reus" you cant commit a crime by talking about it...you actually have to do it. I can say I do drugs all day long everyday, but the police cant do anything to me. It CAN spark an investigation thus leading to them finding out if you actually are doing what you say you're doing. Now....the post originally was breaking a board rule. Which could lead to disciplinary actions :smiley26: For this I do appologize, and it shant happen again :smiley20: .
